BentSpoke becomes naming rights partner for rugby cup

BentSpoke Brewing Co is the new naming rights partner for men’s and women’s first grade rugby competition

In an exciting announcement for the local Canberra community, BentSpoke Brewing Co have been announced as the naming rights sponsor for The BentSpoke John I Dent Cup and the BentSpoke Premier 15’s Competition.

The John I Dent Cup tournament comprises of 7 local ACT and Southern NSW Premier Clubs, with 2022 marking the 85th year of the competition. While the Premier 15’s is a similar competition comprising of teams across the ACT and NSW Clubs.

Brumbies Rugby Deputy CEO and General Manager Community Rugby, Craig Leseberg said: “We’re thrilled to have BentSpoke join us as naming rights partner for both the BentSpoke John I Dent Cup and the BentSpoke Premier 15s.

“BentSpoke is a leading brand in the region and continues to grow nationally, so this is a partnership we’re immensely proud of and one we hope will continue to strengthen into the future.

“As for the 2022 draw, we’re just so excited to see rugby back this year after a tough end to 2021 and we look forward to releasing the rest of our draws once they are confirmed.”

BentSpoke were recently announced as the beer of the Brumbies in a 3-year contract and is the official brewery of The University of Canberra WNBL Capitals, and the Official Beer of The Canberra Cavalry.
