Support for Brisbane events soars
Increasingly Brisbane is becoming the frontrunner destination for art lovers, sporting enthusiasts and festival seekers throughout Australia.
Brisbane has hosted numerous international exclusives recently including Broadway musical Mary Poppins, Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art’s Picasso, Surrealism and Matisse exhibitions, showcase production Paris Opera Ballet, sporting matches like the Bledisloe Cup and Brisbane International and will soon host the G20 Leaders Summit.
Now Brisbane can add a craft beer and cider event to its list of high-‐profile events.
The Beer InCider Experience, to be held on 20 and 21 September, will showcase more than 35 breweries, 130 beers and ciders, gourmet food, live music and burlesque.
The event will bring together Brisbane’s craft beer and cider-‐loving community including bloggers and media, to celebrate local and award-‐winning drops.
