The patents describe the architecture and process for providing real-time instrumentation, monitoring, and analysis of commercial fermentations that is used in the Company’s BrewIQ™ fermentation management platform.

BrewIQ delivers real-time measurements of seven key fermentation metrics (dissolved oxygen, pH, gravity, pressure, fluid and ambient temperature, and conductivity) to the user’s web-based dashboard.

By comparing ongoing fermentation data with benchmarks and past fermentations for individual brands, users can streamline fermentation processes, improve product quality and consistency, and increase profitability.
