Lindsy Greig | Beer30 by The 5th Ingredient

After five years as cellar lead, senior brewer at Stomping Ground Brewing Co, Lindsy Greig has announced she will join beer management software company Beer30 by The 5th Ingredient. 

Her new role as customer experience specialist is set to start by the end of March, which will see her working with multiple craft breweries to improve their data tracking processes. 

“We are super excited to have Lindsy Greig join The 5th Ingredient as our newest Customer Experience Specialist,” Beer30 founder and CEO Pulkit K. Agrawal said. 

“With her passion for innovation and collaboration, her in-depth knowledge of brewing, and her intimate understanding of Beer30, we are confident that Lindsy will help us elevate our Beer30 support and reach in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.”

Steve Sherman | Ska Fabricating

Ska Fabricating has announced Steve Sherman as its chief executive officer following a nationwide search to fill the role. 

Sherman has over 20 years of CEO and COO experience serving private, equity, venture capital, and public companies. 

Prior to joining Ska Fabricating, he acted as Global VP of Operations at Spectralink Corporation.

Leadership appointments | Lion

This week, Lion announced multiple leadership appointments in Australia.

Anubha Sahasrabuddhe, Lion’s current chief marketing officer, will step into a newly created leadership role, chief growth officer, extending the role to include strategy, data, digital and technology.

Elsewhere, Rachel Ellerm has been appointed as marketing director – Lion Australia and Ed Stening in the newly created role as general manager – Spirits.

Andrew Cronin | Shedshaker Brewing

Andrew Cronin has joined Shedshaker Brewing in the role of head brewer. 

Cronin holds more than 10 years of independent beer brewing experience. His most recent role was at Melbourne’s Cavalier Brewing.

Stephen Hopkins | Heineken 

After over two years working as General Manager ANZ at Kegstar, Stephen Hopkins has announced his departure from the company.

His new role is at the Heineken group as Sales Director Drinkworks Australia.

Aaron Heary & Phil McClintock | Good Drinks Australia

Last month, Good Drinks Australia announced Aaron Heary as executive director and Phil McClintock to the role of chief operating officer.

Jason Poffley announced his role of business development executive for North and Far North Queensland at Brick Lane Brewing Co. 

He previously worked at Green Beacon Brewing Co. as a brewery representative and Balter Brewing Co. as area brand ambassador.

Tess Campbell | Spinifex Brewing Co.

Tess Campbell has joined Spinifex Brewing Co. has head brewer, as the business nears completion of its 24hL Nambeelup brewery. 

Campbell has extensive experience in beer production, with her most recent role being head brewer for 4 Pines within a venue operated by The Sporting Globe.

Hugh Doyle | Revel Brewing Co.

After 11 years at Stone & Wood Brewing Co, Hugh Doyle has now joined Revel Brewing Co. as national sales manager. 

His previous roles at Stone & Wood included business development manager and team leader sales Brisbane/Sunshine Coast.
