Cool As Ice and Pet-Nat | Willie Smith’s Cider Makers

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Willie Smith’s Cider Makers has developed the cider subscription service Cider Club as a way of sharing their ciders around Australia.

This Spring’s release features two never before made ciders; the 2019 Cool As Ice and 2020 Pet-Nat.

Cool As Ice is an iced cider made from Yates apples. To create this cider, the juice was concentrated by freezing, then the first 50% of the thaw was drained. The cider was then fermented in one large 500L oak barrel.
