Attention to Detial | Jetty Road Brewery
Jetty Road Brewery has released its latest IPA.
Attention to Detial (7.2% abv) is an oat cream IPA with a silky creamy mouthfeel and soft bitterness, according to the brewer.
This brew is available online, on tap at the Dromana venue and independent bottle shops around Victoria.
Handsome Elvis | Balter Brewing Co.
Balter Brewing has announced the return of a favourite brew for a limited time.
Handsome Elvis (6.5% abv) is a nitro milk stout with flavours of hazelnut, espresso, chocolate and berry complementing the bitter and creamy taste, Balter’s brewers said.
This beer is now available nationwide via local stockists.
Feedback Loop Imperial Stout Whiskey | Hawkers
Hawkers has announced multiple releases.
In collaboration with Alchemy Distillers, Feedback Loop (43% abv) was distilled from one-year-old Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout before being transferred back into the same casks that aged the stout for an additional two-and-a-half years.
Red Shift (8% abv) is an India Red Ale with a toffee biscuit malt profile and was brewed with English hops.
IIPA (9% abv) was brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic, Motueka, Citra and Southern Cross to create a bitter profile. It will be a part of Hawkers’ occasional core range.
All three releases are available now via Hawkers’ online store.
Maple Heist Porter & Aviation Cocktail Sour | Bright Brewery
Bright Brewery has released two limited release beers.
Maple Heist Porter (6.5% abv) is a porter style beer brewed with Canadian maple syrup and smooth chocolate undertones, according to the brewer.
In collaboration with Bright’s Reed & Co Distillery, Bright Brewery’s Aviation Cocktail Sour (5.1% abv) is a sour ale with aromas of gin to complement the sweet flavours.

Ramblin Man | Young Henrys
Young Henrys has announced its exclusive whisky, Ramblin Man, distilled for 18 years before being hand-bottled in 2018.
With only 381 bottles available, Ramblin Man can be purchased from the Young Henrys online store.
Bramble On | Stomping Ground Brewing Co.
Stomping Ground Brewing Co. has released its first Winter brew.
In collaboration with independent bottleshop Blackhearts & Sparrows, Stomping Ground’s Bramble On (4.2% abv) is a dark sour brewed with blackberries, raspberries and silvanberries.

Moo Brew has announced the release of a dessert beer.
Berry Cream Sour (5.5% abv) is lactose-driven sour brewed with raspberries and strawberries for a strong fruit flavour.

Shelter Brewing Co. has announced the upcoming release of its first stout.
Campfire Stout (5.9% abv) is brewed with locally smoked malts and has flavours of chocolate and coffee.

Lapin 2020 Cherry Sour Blonde & The Kalash | Hop Nation Brewing Co.
Hop Nation has announced the return of two favourite brews.
Lapin Cherry Sour Blonde (4.8% abv) is a sour blonde that has been re-fermented on cherries for four months.
For its sixth consecutive year, The Kalash Russian Imperial Stout (10.7% abv) has been re-released along with its whiskey edition (11.7% abv). Both are imperial stouts with flavours of dark chocolate, vanilla, tar and spice.

Revel Brewing Co. has announced its two latest releases.
Neo-Mexicanus Black IPA (6.5% abv) is a collaborative brew with Big Shed Brewing and is hopped with Neomexicanus to provide flavours of tropical fruit, coconut, tobacco and ‘purple’. This brew is available now to order online.

Hawkers have announced a new brew celebrating retro colours.
Nostalgic Tones (7% abv) is a India Brown Ale hopped with Galaxy and Citra while flavours of chocolate and caramel shine through.
This release is available online and through retail now.

Black Brewing Co. has announced a new Winter release brew.
Coconut Porter (6.5% abv) is a porter style beer with roast chocolate, caramel and sweet toasted coconut characters to balance out the bitterness.

Philter Brewing has announced a collaborative brew with the Newtown Jets.
Named after the home ground of the Jets, Henson Park Draught (4.5% abv) was hopped with 100% Australian hops to create a fresh, easy-drinking brew.
This limited release will be available in local bottle shops and will be sold at every Newtown Jets home game.
Normie | Erosion Meadery
Made as a one-off from FrothTown 2020, Erosion Meadery’s Normie Semi-sweet Traditional Mead (6.0% abv) was so popular they’ve brought it back.
With ~250 kilograms of multifloral honey, giving it a “light to medium honey aroma and flavour” with minor floral notes, according to tasting notes.
Kodachrome | Running with Thieves
Running with Thieves has announced a new IPA release as part of its Loose Collection.
Kodachrome (5.8% abv) is a black IPA double dry hopped with flavours of grapefruit, strawberries, pineapple and tobacco.
This limited release is available now in the taproom and online.
Plum Pie | Dainton Beer
Dainton Beer has announced the release of its new Imperial Pastry Sour.
Plum Pie (8.4% abv) has sweet and sour flavours with “juicy rich blood plum puree” and “typical pie spice: cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and vanilla bean” according to tasting notes.

Barely Wine, Sourade, Midnight Barley Cowboy and Cashmere Cat | Wayward Brewing Co.
Wayward Brewing Co. has announced a few limited releases for June.
Barely Wine (11.7% abv) is an English-style barley wine with flavours of candied apple, toffee and caramel fudge, according to the brewers. It will be available from Friday, June 25th.
Sourade (4% abv) is a blueberry gose ale serving as Wayward’s brew for GABS. It will be available in cans for a limited time from Friday, June 18th.
Midnight Barley Cowboy (6% abv) is an American-style porter and is returning for a limited time. In addition, its Cashmere Cat (6% abv) is an East Coast style IPA being re-released via local stockists.
2021 Imperial Stout | Felons Brewing Co.
Felons Brewing Co. has released its annual stout.
The 2021 Imperial Stout (10% abv) is an aromatic stout with hints of espresso and dark chocolate hopped with Fuggles.
This limited release is available now online and directly from the brewery.
Stone Beer 2021 | Stone & Wood
Stone and Wood has released its limited edition 2021 Vintage Stone Beer (6.4% abv).
This woodfired porter “pours dark brown, with rich and chocolatey aromas, followed by coffee, dark chocolate and biscuity flavours on the palate and finishes with a firm bitterness” according to brewer’s notes.

Dawn Patrol Breakfast Stout | Gage Roads Brew Co.
Gage Roads Brew Co. has teamed up with Perth’s Twin Peaks Coffee Roasters for its latest limited release, Dawn Patrol Breakfast Stout.
“The collaborative process of selecting the coffee blend, assessing the flavour profile of different coffee brewing methods and then scaling up to brew 200kg of Twin Peaks coffee at the brewery was amazing,” said Gage head brewer Ross Brown.
The 6% abv beer is available nationally from select stockists on tap and in 500ml cans.
Creature of the Night & Event Horizon | Aether Brewing
Aether Brewing has announced the return of two favourite Winter seasonal beers.
Creature of the Night (7% abv) is a peanut butter stout with hints of chocolate and caramel, according to Brisbane’s Aether.
Event Horizon (6.7% abv) is a spiced rum porter dominated by vanilla and spiced rum flavours with chocolate and coffee undertones.
Both of these releases will be available in kegs and cans from Tuesday, June 8th.
New Heights | Two Birds Brewing
Two Birds Brewing has announced their first release in its Flights of Fancy range to celebrate the brewery’s 10th birthday.
New Heights (8% abv) is a deca hopped IPA with citrus flavours to create a bitter taste. For the can design, Two Birds collaborated with local artist Kitiya Palaskas.
No Doubt Stout | Two Bays Brewing Co.
Two Bays Brewing Co. has announced the release of its AIBA winning brew.
No Doubt Stout (6.2% abv) is a gluten free stout with a vienna, caramel and chocolate-roasted millet base, brewed with East Kent Goldings hops to present a smooth palate.
The brew is available online and in bottle shops across the country.
Steep ‘N Deep and The Woodsman | Wolf of the Willows
Wolf of the Willows Brewing Co. has announced its latest limited release.
Steep ‘N Deep (8.5% abv) is a West Coast Imperial IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Montueka, Kohatu and Nectaron with flavour hints of pineapple, passion fruit, citrus, grapefruit and peach.
This brew will be available from Tuesday, June 15th.
The Woodsman (4.5% abv) is an Amber Ale brew returning in new cans. This is available now in kegs and cans.
Imperial Stout 2021 | Hawkers Beer
The Hawkers 2021 Imperial Stout (10.5% abv) — which recently won a Gold Medal at this year’s AIBAs — features dark chocolate and espresso flavours.
The stout is available now from the cellar door and in person.
Kitchen Sink NEIPA, Coconut Milk Stout, Cherry Pie Compass Sout, American Lager| Braeside Brewing
Melbourne’s Braeside Brewing is releasing five new limited edition beers.
Kitchen Sink is a 6.2% abv New England IPA fermented with Verdant yeast with passionfruit, apricot and orange flavours according to Braeside. It’s brewed with Galaxy, Citra, Lemondrop and a new BSG hop blend called Sequoia.
Its Gypsy King Coconut Milk Stout is a 6% abv beer with 12kg of coconut is also joined by Dad Jokes IPA, a 7% abv beer brewed with Sequoia, Mosaic and Chinook.
The 6.4% abv Cherry Pie Compass Sour was brewed using biscuit type malts and cherry puree which the brewers say brings a complex and high sour mouthfeel.
Last but not least, Braeside’s 4.5% abv American Lager is marketed as a perfect lager for winter. Braeside’s head brewer Chip lived in the USA and fell in love with the style and brewed this beer with Northern Brewer and Cascade.
Anniversary Ale IV Imperial Stout | Slipstream Brewing Co.
Slipstream Brewing Co.‘s annual limited edition Anniversary Ale has landed.
Anniversary Ale IV Imperial Stout (10.0% abv) features dark coffee and chocolate flavours.
It will be available in cans and on tap from Friday, June 4th along with a small quantity of last year’s vintage.
