Macarthur Grange Brewery Launches Stockade Premium Draught

Macarthur Grange Brewery has released its first beer – Stockade Premium Draught. Stockade is the first brand to be launched by Macarthur Grange Brewery.

Stockade Premium Draught is being described as a highly “sessionable”, European styled lager with a signature Australian finish. The beer has already been taken on tap by a number of bars and hotels across the Sydney area.

“Drinkers and venues are seeking interesting beers that disrupt the current status quo” says Daryl MacGraw, Head of Sales & Marketing for Macarthur Grange, “The Stockade line of products will strike a chord with beer drinkers that are looking for unique and new takes on classic beers and crossovers alike” he added. “We are honoured to be the stewards of the very Australian, “Stockade” brand. Rebellion and freedom theme runs heavy at Macarthur Grange, as newcomers to this well established segment of the market dominated by the majors, we do fancy ourselves as quite the rebels”.

Stockade Premium Draught, is launching as a tap only product, although there are plans to create a bottled Stockade Premium Lager for later in the year.

Anton Szpitalak, CEO of Macarthur Grange comments, “We really want to support publicans with this brand by delivering a great range of premium beers at very simplified terms. We want to do everything we can to get drinkers into pubs, to enjoy great fresh draught beer”, he adds. “We couldn’t be happier with our first beer and have some very cool projects lined up, going to be a very exciting first year for Macarthur Grange”.
