Boiling Pot Brewing Co. is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Brewer to lead our brewing operations. As the Head Brewer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our brewing process, from recipe development to production and quality control. Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine recipes for a variety of beer styles, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
• Oversee all aspects of the brewing process, including mashing, boiling, fermentation, and packaging.
• Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of brewing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized brewing area, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards.
• Monitor and adjust brewing parameters to optimise efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular quality control checks, including sensory evaluation and laboratory analysis.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan production schedules and meet customer demands.
• Train and mentor brewing staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional brewing environment, with a proven track record of producing high-quality craft beer.
• Strong knowledge of brewing science, including recipe development, yeast management, and quality control.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on maintaining consistency and excellence in every batch.
• Proficient in using brewing software and other relevant tools to track and analyze brewing data.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the brewing process.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and production demands.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
