The IBA are seeking expressions of interest from service providers who work across the spectrum of human resource activities to provide support to our members.
The services may include the provision of best practice templates for workplace policies, one-to-one advice to members on issues relating to employee management, providing information to members on upcoming regulatory changes, conducting independent workplace investigations and undertaking relevant research projects eg. salary benchmarking.
The full scope of services and the background document can be found here.
As a member organisation, the IBA are always looking for additional ways to support our members.
“Our members want to do the right thing, they want to provide the best possible workplace experience but as small businesses, many without dedicated human resource expertise, they often struggle to dedicate the time to have everything in place.
We have heard what they need and are thrilled to take the next step to provide a service that will support a healthy and diverse workforce ” says Emily Doughy, IBA Membership Manager.
“Independent Brewing is a lively, dynamic and complex industry as we are essentially manufacturers but also hospitality providers, managers, logistics experts and even farmers. It is for this reason that we are seeking a new partner to work with us over time to ensure our members are as well-resourced as they can be while at the same time mitigating risk.
We think this is a fabulous opportunity for human resource experts to position themselves as the Australia’s beer industry experts, the benefits of which are a ready-made customer base of nearly 600 businesses.” Kylie Lethbridge, IBA Chief Executive Officer.
Expressions of interest close at 6pm (AEDT) on 27 October 2023.
