Bluestone Yeast a Melbourne based start-up company founded in 2018. We specialise in the local manufacture of high-quality liquid yeast for the production of exceptional quality craft beer by Australian breweries.

Our aim is to utilise the latest science to the selection and growth of yeast for exceptional beer. We have partnered with Australian Universities to develop an active R&D program to continually improve our products. Our mission is to continually understand more about the characteristics of different yeast strain and offer the best strains to our brewers.
