The Mill Brewery
Brewing and enjoying small batch ales and lagers since 2017.In 2016, founder and brewer Mirek Aldridge set out to start his own brewery, after solidifying his brewing skills homebrewing for many years. Originally starting off with most inspiration taken from American style beers, over the years the styles were sculpted to better suit the patrons coming through the Collingwood taproom and keeping up with current trends in the industry. They now offer a range of styles to suit all types of drinkers pouring across 12 taps.
The Mill Brewery brand philosophy has always been focused on great quality beer with the finest ingredients available. Independence, inclusivity and sustainability have also been at the forefront of the business since the day one.
Urban Alley Brewery
Brewing sustainable beer right on the city's doorstep.Urban Alley found its origins with 2 homebrewers in 2015, and has developed itself into a unique brewery creating sustainable craft beer on the doorstep of Melbourne’s CBD. Their signature blonde ale was the first step in developing and brewing a range of craft beers that channel the classic beer styles of brewhouses from around the world.
Combining traditional recipes with new flavours and twists, Urban Alley earned no less than fourteen internationally recognised awards in their first year. The team at Urban Alley continues to develop a diverse range of craft beers that both excites and delights its drinkers, new and old.

Jayne Lewis and Danielle Allen are Two Birds Brewing; the driving force behind Australia’s first female owned brewing company. Located in Spotswood, an inner-western suburb of Melbourne, this award-winning brewery typifies everything that is good about the craft beer industry in Australia.
