Hop Nation Brewing Co has announced the release of its Blobfish 2022 collaboration saison (7.6% abv). 

This barrel aged mixed culture saison is the result of Hop Nation’s 2022 Blobfish Beer & Food Festival. A sample of house culture from each brewery was combined to inoculate the wort in ex-Chardonnay barrels.
