Beer Jobs: Head Brewer and Production Brewer
Mash Brewing WA are offering (2) exciting opportunities for a “Head Brewer”, and a “Production Brewer” to join our busy operation.
Mash Brewing is an award-winning brewery located in the popular Swan Valley, Perth Western Australia.
2 opportunities have arisen for experienced brewers to be an integral part of our Brew Crew.
The Head Brewers Position will drive the beer production, planning and Packaging requirements to support our continual growth within the wholesale beer industry. This is a hands on Supervisory role overseeing the production brewer and training a team of casual staff that support our beer production and packing requirements. Your desire to brew on trend styles, enhanced by an array of specialty brews while maintaining core line production will be your focus. Administration duties will encompass all Excise reporting, stock ordering and relationship building with core suppliers.
The Production Brewers position will focus on all aspects of production brewing, Bottling and canning, Cellar work including filtering, transferring, cleaning and general brewery tasks. Keeping your finger on the pulse with what’s happening within the industry through new Beer styles and brewing practices will be a definite advantage.
This is a fast-paced brewing environment producing in excess of 350,000L per annum and these positions are perfect for someone that is looking to help us continue to crank out award winning craft beer and be part of our continued growth.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years commercial brewing or demonstrated thorough understanding of the brewing process, including packaging, or relevant qualifications
- Full drivers licence
- Fork lift licencepreferred but not essential
- Mechanically minded
These are permanent, full-time roles, typically Monday – Friday with occasional requirements for weekend work. A competitive remuneration package will be offered depending on level of experience.
