Basic All Grain Mash Class
Monday2Sunday Brewhaus and Costanzo Brewing Consultants have combined to offer a weekend short course in professional brewing for aspiring brewers.
The two daycourse, lead by brewing industry consultant Vincent Costanzo,will provide an in-depth introduction to mash brewing and is best suited for beginners who have used brew in a bag (BIAB) or Kit & Kilo and are now looking at all-grain brewing.

The course will feature the basic components involved in crafting a traditional and wholesome beer. Styles include Belgian Whites – Belgian Pale Ales – Wheat beers – Lagers & Pilsners – Pale Ales – IPA’s – Bocks – Porters – Stouts – American Browns – ESB’s – Kolsch – Dunkel and the list goes on.
Lunch with a Beer Tasting Faults and Evaluation class is also included.
